SocialTap Media Partner Program — Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 7/30/2026
1. Eligibility
• The SocialTap Media Partner Program (“Program”) is open to all users aged 13 and above.
• Users under the age of 18 may participate with the understanding that no monetary compensation or products of value are provided.
• Users must have at least 500 followers on a social platform to qualify.
2. Nature of the Program
• The Program is a recognition-based initiative.
• Participants may receive up to five (5) virtual badge tiers displayed on their SocialTap profile.
• These badges are purely virtual symbols of recognition and carry no monetary value, rights, or compensation.
3. Partner Responsibilities
• Partners are encouraged to positively promote SocialTap on their social platforms.
• If posting about SocialTap, Partners must follow applicable advertising and disclosure guidelines, including using clear tags such as “#SocialTapPartner” where required.
• Partners must comply with the SocialTap Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
4. Restrictions
• Badges may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged.
• Misuse of the Program, including misleading promotions or violating platform rules, may result in removal from the Program.
5. Termination
• SocialTap reserves the right to suspend or terminate a participant’s status in the Program at any time, for any reason.
6. Disclaimer
• Participation in this Program does not create an employment, agency, or sponsorship relationship between you and SocialTap.
• The Program is voluntary and intended solely for recognition within the SocialTap platform.
