Choose your age range. We store the range and confirmation date, not your birthday or identity documents. We also store whether you reside in California to choose optional privacy defaults. We do not request your address or use your current location. Complete this once when signing up or after your first login. Later logins skip this page. Teen account defaults

For California teens, incoming calls and profile activity start restricted and Global Chat starts off. Outside California, these optional restrictions are off by default. Your saved settings are preserved when you confirm again or move outside California; you can change them in account settings. Cosmetics, message-earned points, and achievements are available to teens. Teens can connect their own AI accounts and use AI chats after accepting the sharing disclosure.
